Terrarium is a miniature indoor garden under glass. You can put terrarium outside of home. It depends on you. Creating a garden under glass can gives kids or adult the chance to fashion a lush miniature indoor garden under glass. The terrarium can be the perfect place to unleash your imagination. There are 2 type of terrariums; open and closed;
1. Open terrariums has lots of benefit. It less disease and humidity because the establish air flow and evaporation. And you need to water the plants daily if necessary.
2. Closed terrariums are essentially ecosystems. No need regular water. Closed terrariums has high humidity and easy to get the disease because the water evaporates onto the inside of the glass and rains back down on the garden. So you need to monitor very closely in the first couple weeks till the plant and soil look just fine.

So which terrarium is perfect for gardening? Closed terrarium. Why? When you put the terrarium in outside, the weather is always change and can damage the terrarium. You can put the terrarium above you fish pool or next to it.
